I received First Class service from this charming, friendly and warm-natured Doctor. Everything about his appearance, manner and the way he spoke to me encouraged my trust and confidence in him, and in my treatment. He was also efficient in his work and clearly master of his craft. Meeting him was always something I looked forward to. He was entirely focused on myself as an individual and never made me feel I was 'just another patient'. I will heartily recommend him to anyone I meet facing the need for eye surgery. Dr. Bowes is the sort of person who left me feeling I would like to do some service for in return. That is most unusual, in my experience, in a medical practitioner.

I was referred to Mr Oliver Bowes through the NHS for a Cataract procedure. I am extremely happy with the care I was given. Mr Bowes explained everything clearly and put me at ease. I found him to be very pleasant and professional and I have no hesitation in recommending him to anybody. I am so pleased with the results of the procedure. Thankyou. Keith Long
